All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Please note that during high-volume periods (such as seasonal sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Domestic and International Shipping Rates

We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

A. Shipping Within the United Kingdom

As a UK-based company located at 8 Market Street, Tavistock, we offer the following domestic options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a certain value (as specified on our website during promotional periods).

B. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • North America & Asia: 10–21 business days.
  • Rest of the World: Up to 30 business days.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TOOL EMPORIUM LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time provided in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lunarwander@toolemporiumstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier falls into this category, we will contact you via email to request an alternative physical address to ensure successful delivery.


5. Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

  • TOOL EMPORIUM LTD is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Damaged Items: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at lunarwander@toolemporiumstore.com with photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Due to international aviation safety regulations, certain products such as Liquid Car Air Fresheners or those containing certain batteries may have restricted shipping options for specific international destinations. If your order is affected, we will notify you immediately.
